Delivery

Dispatch policy

All our containers orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days if in stock. We will contact you by email if we have any out of stock items.

If required, you can contact us with specific delivery instructions. Customers will be informed of any delays and will be given the choice of a full refund or to wait until the containers to come back into stock.

Items will be delivered by Courier/DPD or pallet orders Edge depending on the size of order. We only deliver to UK Mainland. Please note, any undelivered items or unwanted items returned to us will be charged again for redelivery or collection.

If you’re arranging your own shipping through another courier, please understand that we cannot be liable for any damage or delays caused in transit. In these cases, please contact your courier company directly to resolve.

Due to UKIMS we are at present only sending to consumers in Ireland and not businesses. You can arrange your own shipping and we will provide packaging dimensions and weights for you.

Refund Policy

A Full credit will be given for containers, returned which are found to be faulty or not matching the description of goods ordered. Refunds will be offered on any goods not delivered within 28 days.
